Exercise and Energy Levels

Hi Guys,

I’ve been on the keto diet for around 2 and a half weeks and i’m feeling great. I’m exercising every day, mainly weight training. I’m lifting the same weights as previous when I was eating carbs.

I’m starting Muay Thai tonight so got the High5 sugar free drink to help me out.

I went from 12st 4 to 11st 8 and my abs have come straight back.

Is it usual that by body should be feeling this good so quickly??
