So I reached all my target macros yesterday which is 1500 in calories. After I logged in my exercise my carb manager app deducted the 596 calories I burned from my daily calories. Is that something I need to be concerned about or is it cool because I met my target macros and what I burned is what I will see as a deficit in order to lose the fat? Thanks I’m still learning

FWIW I never consider my exercise calories at all - some apps way overestimate how much you’ve burned & there are just too many variables. As long as you’re not over training & eating at a consistently large calorie deficit you’ll be fine.
EDIT to clarify - as long as you’re not over training and as long as you’re not eating at a consistently large calorie deficit.
Also - Good luck

Only track macros for carbs, protein and fat grams. Ignore calories. Especially during the adaptation phase. This isn’t a CICO diet.

When I run, I like to start slow then taper off. The key to getting lean for most people is to lower insulin. No sugar, no grains. I lost 50 pounds just sitting on the sofa watching TV.
