I forgot to cancel a beer subscription, well 2 to be precise so I have 20 beers in the cupboard.
I’ve gone from 179lbs to 165lbs and I think I’m in Keto after 8 weeks.
I cycle a lot so I can burn off carbs easily.
Q. If I drink 2 beers on a friday night and ride hard for just over an hour at 7:00am the next day, would that be a close enough window? Or would the fact I sleep mean those carbs are stored?
I’ll also be riding at 11am.
My other option was to drink a beer at lunch time and ride in the afternoon, but that would be bad cycling after a beer.
