I searched but didn’t see. Are there any good tracking templates out there which might include graphs. I use Carb manager and keto-mojo meter with Bluetooth dongle which will export to .csv.
Interested in glucose, ketones, weight, and possible BW markers, but didn’t want to recreate the wheel if some fellow data geek has already done it.
Excel tracking template
New to the forum and also looking for an excel template if anyone has one they would like to share. Would like to track BG and BK.
thanks!
@VinceInVA I’ve come up with something for tracking BG & BK with a chart built in. The forum doesn’t let people share .xls files here though. Here’s a screen shot and I can guide you through if you need.
Found a simple tracker for BG, BK & GKI, it’s set up nicely with tabs per month if anyone’s interested.
It’s in this article if people need context to GKI and autophagy while summarizing Dr Thomas Seyfried’s paper on treating brain cancer (glioblastomas).
Dude!
This is very cool. I will give it a look. I am in IT support and sit in front of this junk all day but my excel skills are just rusty and that’s why I posted about it. I found some cool looking screenshots when I searched but just never made the time for the deep dive to try to recreate any of the graphs. I have the keto-mojo meter and don’t test rigidly but I want to. I am down 30 since mid-September (finally hit 200 for first time since 2010) and my A1c is normal (5.1). Down from 265 in 2015. I want to get off my meds for diabetes and cholesterol but my Dr may give push back… Don’t care, going to shoot for 185/175 and dump the meds. Thank you for sending this!

If you want information to bring to your doctor, do some research. I just posted a resource to “show me the science” here on the forum. It’s free, easily searchable with downloadable PDF’s.
Check out my accountability thread for my numbers and the experiments I’ve been doing. I stopped Metformin 1 month and 2 days ago. My doctor is concerned about my cholesterol and wanted to put me on statins, but I won’t go on them. Shown significant improvement there too.
KCKO!
Ive set up basic excel spreadsheets tracking info in the past. When I got back into keto, I started a new one. At this moment, Im about 445 days into it. I do not have data point for every day, but def the majority of them. At first watching weight alone and graphing it was fun, then I added a Omron bodyfat analyzer after about 3 months to take a better look. So Weight, bf%, lean mass, fat mass all have charts. Eventually even that starts to look confusing, so I began to highlight the cells that where personal records (for the positive). My latest addition to the spread sheet is taking the monthly averages for each data point and charting them for comparison. Having 12 monthly average data points helps smooth greatly.
TLDNR: I chart Bodyweight, body fat %, Lean Mass, Fat Mass, Monthly Averages, highlight PR’s, and a identifier for 5 lb increments of weight loss each time
