Such an enjoyable journey to work this morning listening to this podcast, just what i needed. Mark and Karen are absolutely brilliant.

Loved this podcast. I have an almost 2 year old and pregnant with number 2 (due in July). I found this podcast very interesting I just wish my son would eat more and healthier foods. Not that I want him to be full on keto at 2 but more healthier choices would be nice. I know it is my fault as I have introduced him to the foods he eats ( nuggets, chips, tin spaghetti) but I was at my whits end months ago when he refused to eat the foods I was making for him (meat and veg, mild curries, spaghetti bolognase etc) and with advice from my mum others who have been in my situation they said just give him what he wants. Almost 6 months down the track and he is still eating the rubbish and I have tried given him the thing we eat and he refuses. Would love to know how others with kids get them to eat healthier choices and the keto way of life.
