I definitely don’t like change myself, even my workouts. My buddy was trying to take us in a chaos regiment and I just couldn’t do it. I want to do back and biceps together, Chest and triceps, etc.

However, if this works for losing weight maybe I need to give it a go.
Make a monthly nutrition chart I guess and rotate what happens each month?
Week One - Fat Fast - nothing but fat eaten for whole week.
Week Two - IF Fasting No breakfast
Week Three - OMAD - One Meal a Day
Week Four - High Calorie Keto food Eat till full but stay under 20 carbs.

I think I’ll have to give this a try.

I’ve recently started and have listened to this podcast about switching it up. Listening also to the podcast on fat I know I have plenty of on body fat to fulfill my caloric needs. What is the scientific rationale for your metabolism resetting as @meganjramos states if your body can just use fat once you are fat adapted. I can see going into conservation mode if you are calorie restricting and your body can’t find a source of calories it needs to conserve but in our cases why doesn’t the body just ramp up ketosis?
