I was so happy listening to this podcast today. Welcome Carrie! I love that you guys are going to focus on other health benefits of keto besides weight loss and diabetes. I started keto at a normal weight due to reactive hypoglycemia and mental health history (and am a health-care provider myself) and have been pretty thrilled with the results. Most of the ketosphere is weight loss and diabetes focused (with good reason, of course) but I am beyond excited to see where you go with this. :+1::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I second that. Being in a state of ketosis constantly or periodically can help a vast gamut of issues from cancer to Alzheimer’s to multiple sclerosis to athletic performance. I look forward to hearing about other applications beyond weight loss.
