This week on Keto Families, Mark and Karen talk about best practices for Keto. There are lots of wonderful ways to be Keto, but there are some good habits that just make everything easier.
Keto Food Tip: Rosemary Chicken in the Crock Pot
This chicken is a huge favorite, but takes overnight to prepare- so it is time to plan ahead!
Brine whole chicken in 6 cups of water with 2 cups of kosher salt, 1/2 cup of rosemary, and 1/4 cup of oregano and 1/4 cup of thyme. Let sit overnight.
Remove from liquid and rub skin with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Cook, breast down, in crock pot on low for 6 hours-ish.
 Decorate to stun!
