Ending week 6 and Today is a good day!

This is the end of week 6 for me. My head is clear, I have heaps of energy, ate two yummy meals, feeling very good.

Is this it? Am I…fat adapted? I think nearly. I’m pretty excited! The weight loss has been kind of meh since the first 3 weeks, but if most days are like today, who cares? This is pretty great. And I’m not gaining weight. I’ve dropped 8 kgs, but nothing last two weeks. It’s ok, because I’m sticking with the process.

So if you’re struggling, trust the oldies and KCKO. It’s great advice.

Congrats on feeling great. Week 3 here and still in the thick of kinda meh feelings along with meh weight loss… Ha. All said though, my mind is definitely clearer and energy is way better. Thanks for the encouraging post! KCKO!

Same thing with me. I’m 8 weeks in and feeling so much better. I’m calmer, have more energy and just a general state of well being. KCKO

End of week 3 for me
I can feel the hunger dying off
I haven’t been one in the past to try heaps of diets so I don’t think it’s caused too much metabolic damage to my system.
Here’s to hoping I am fat adapted soon.
Total of 5.4kg loss so far.
I have one BPC in the morning and I can stretch my hunger out til 3-4pm now so I think i’m well on the way to fasting.
