This is the end of week 6 for me. My head is clear, I have heaps of energy, ate two yummy meals, feeling very good.
Is this it? Am I…fat adapted? I think nearly. I’m pretty excited! The weight loss has been kind of meh since the first 3 weeks, but if most days are like today, who cares? This is pretty great. And I’m not gaining weight. I’ve dropped 8 kgs, but nothing last two weeks. It’s ok, because I’m sticking with the process.
So if you’re struggling, trust the oldies and KCKO. It’s great advice.
