You guys are impressive! Wow 60 minutes, 130 minutes!

I’m not in your league! I did 21 minutes of elliptical with an average heart rate of 141 BPM. I have no idea how far.

After my elliptical warm-up I went off and lifted weights and ended up with some stretching. I’m finishing up 60 hours of fasting at lunch today. I’m looking forward to lunch.

30 minutes, random setting, level 7 difficulty. I usually do elliptical 3 times a week. I don’t keep track of distance other than fit bit adds the steps. I’m not in love with Elliptical, but I prefer it to stair master and treadmill. It’s easy on the knees. Just getting some cardio in-between work out days.
