Eating too fast? Pro tips

Forego the Western tool of self-punishment…

Use chopsticks instead of a fork. Watch your “time eating” double at least, and possibly curb any of the gorging we sometimes regret as the hunger signals catch up!

Scrambled eggs may get cold before you corale all the bits :wink:

Any other tips? Classic chug water before and after works for me too…

I love eating a salad with chopsticks. Other food as well but a salad is a challenge and reminds me to be mindful!

I always eat too fast. Always done way before hunnie including sushi. I’ve gotten pretty good with chopsticks lol.

I’ve done it using cauliflower rice + cream cheese for the base. Spread that on a sheet of Nori, load with smoked or fresh salmon / avocado / cucumber and dip in some soy sauce. It’s more of an “open face” as I didn’t attempt to roll it up, my Nori were those snack sized ones ha.
