Eating keto in Europe

I’m traveling in Europe for about 3 weeks. I’m in Germany right now, staying with a friend. Keto eating is incredibly easy here in the land of sausage and cheese. :slight_smile:

Have fun in Europe!
I did keto in Sweden over christmas… easy!
The literal smörgåsbord was almost entirely keto. I did need to pick stuff away from my usual for making dinner (due to different price points for certain types of food) but was still smooth sailing
