Early Podcast Episode about No Fat

In one of the early podcast episodes, @richard talks about a diet containing no fat… and I think he might’ve talked about reversing insulin resistance or something like that. I was listening to it at a time I was distracted and intended to go back to it but I forgot, and now I can’t find it. Does anyone know what I’m talking about and how to work out where it is so I can listen to it? I think it may explain why some people are using a vegan no fat diet to reverse type 2. Now I am in no way advocating that as a healthy way to do it, but I need to understand it better for when I have people coming to me asking about it. Hoping you can help! :pray:

The kempenor rice diet. Yes it’s a thing. Not a very nice thing tho, as according to court filings Dr Kempenor had to bullwhip patients into sticking with it. He claims that’s OK because they wanted him to do it.
