Today I have a goal to put in 3 miles in steps. I’m walking down to the community garden and watering my strawberries. I live in an area with elk and this year they put in a community garden with a very TALL fence (elk are huge and eat anything like a goat!)

Strawberries have been looking good, they’re putting on runners trying to escape the raised bed. :smile: :strawberry:

I have a Hula Berry, I think it’s called, it’s a white strawberry. The rest of the bed :sunflower: flowers. I was nervous that if I planted only flowers I would be called out by the community garden as ‘not doing it right’ haha, so I have an obligatory cherry tomato and some strawberries. :laughing:

Yesterday I had the day free so I road my bike down the bumpy trail about 9 miles and went for a three mile walk on the treadmill in the afternoon :+1:

There is a local 5K that is walk or run. I was thinking of signing up for it, but it’s $40…kinda feels like a lot. It does include a t-shirt. Hmm. I also want to get a family member to go with me (which would be an extra $40, doh…ouch), but I know this trail and it involves a …gasp…a tall hill. Haha

I seem to spend money on stupid crap so I’m thinking it over.
