I am a woman in my early 40’s. My progress has been slower than some and at times can be frustrating. I realized today that I’m wearing a shirt that I used to hang to dry and stretch while it was damp. Well, it went through the dryer and its actually looser on me today than when I used to stretch it out! Much needed victory today. Keto On!

This is indeed a great feeling.
Had the same with some relative new and expensive shirts and sweaters. I didn’t want to throw them away, so washed them a bit hotter and put them in a dryer. Now they fit perfect again
