Drinking wine

i learned through 2 keto dudes that the liver will convert to burning wine rather than fat. how long should i wait after a meal to have a glass of wine so my fat burning is not interrupted?

From what I understand, the liver will prioritize the removal of alcohol from our body and this temporarily reduces the rate of fat metabolism.

Keto expert Maria Emmerich notes that the reason alcohol slows weight loss is not because of its calories, but because it stops the body’s ability to utilize fat stores for energy. Fat metabolism is reduced by 73% after only two low-carb alcoholic beverages, she says. 4

just have a glass or two of wine with your meal if you like. Yes it will slow things down a little but we still need to live a little. If you want to go hard core and max out fat and weight loss you may need to opt out of wine. Me, I enjoy my wine daily.
