Is anyone out there following Westman’s Page 4 protocol and if so, what kind of progress have/are you making?

I did it for a couple weeks when I first started Keto a year ago. It works well, as he has had lots of years working on patients to see what works. Its good to follow if youre new or maybe at a plateau.
