Dr. Oz on Today

Normally, I don’t listen to any of their advice, especially Dr. Oz, but this was surprisingly pretty good advice for a change!! Bulletproof coffee in the am, an egg/avocado to break fast, regulating gherlin and leptin. I’m glad it wasn’t “eat a low fat cereal for breakfast and then snack all day on healthy snacks”.

Dr. Oz - an unexpected ally for LCHF/keto

Incredible how he is all over the place on recommendations.

Is he going to leave behind the “heathy whole grain” and “animal saturated fat bad for you”?

I stopped watching Dr. Oz years ago because he tends to latch on to whatever the latest trend is and runs with it, science be damned. While he may be getting it right this time, I suspect it has more to do with it’s apparent trendiness and nothing else.

he isn’t credible but just like oprah ppl still take his word on things…(how they don’t recognize his bandwagon/conflicting/sponsored ways is beyond me)

i remember a few years ago i was in a local mom/pop health food store and they had raspberry ketones everywhere and said that they couldn’t keep them in stock because Dr Oz had recommended them on a recent show…
