My theory on why eating only cooked protein works so well is because your eating the original carbon cytoskeletal structure (even when cooked or burned) of the original protein, it is not the content of the protein itself, it is the cytoskeleton of the protein that have the minerals and rare trace elements for the proper building blocks for better health?

No life can progress or exist without a cytoskeletal structure.

If you think this sounds crazy? This is very complex science and has been tested by many scientist in the past as fact…

Interesting. I wasn’t thinking of eating raw meats but I frequently eat quite rare. I wonder if there’s more benefit in eating cooked

I forgot to put ’carbon’ cytoskeleton (cooked)…lol

Maybe call it nano-nutrient-technology?
