Reading articles on Facebook, a low carb/Paleo page shared this article:

I read through the article quickly and clicked on a few “references” links which led back to other articles on the same site. That tends to make me a little suspicious if I don’t have time to go all the way “down the rabbit hole” and get to all the actual scientific papers and studies behind the claims. Has anyone read this article and looked critically at the claims it reports?
What are your thoughts: sensationalist self-referencing click bait, or solid references ready for wider sharing to get the message out? This is my first encounter with “Dr Jockers”…
