You have to love dr Unwin. This is for us N=1 and clinicians. Funny, gentle, perfect. Dr Unwin is changing the world, one patient, at a time.

That’s mind blowing.

Everything that happened to him and his patient N=1’s is exactly what happened to me!

I started out my N=1 getting every blood test under the sun before starting keto.

All blood work ABNORMAL?

6 Months into keto and a year after Keto and to date:

ALL NORMAL (never had normal blood work in my life)

Vision Improved going back six prescriptions?

Mental Health problems:

None: use to be depressed constantly my whole life?

I now feel super human and I’m not exaggerating!

Of course I do experiment with carbon 60 olive oil and take other things to enhance the ketogenic diets BDNF neurological factors…

Also had breast cancer during all this and that mysteriously disappeared? Was pacing back and forth in the waiting room while 7 doctors were examining my mammograms as I was planning my own funeral in my head (I thought I was going to die) they all came in a group and said we can’t find anything compared to your last mammogram?

You try to tell people this and they think your nuts?

That is how I feel.

If there is one thing I can say for sure even if you cannot do a high fat ketogenic diet or cannot handle the transitionary side effects, that simply cutting down on the sugar or eliminating it completely would improve your health dramatically, avoiding starchy veggies and foods like pastas and eat more Whole Foods, anything in a bottle or package is what’s slowly killing you?

Eating too much sugar will kill you eventually!

Eating less often and not until full but not to the point where you feel like your starving to death and feel like you can clear out the kitchen…lol

As Jack Lalanne use to say “If man made it, don’t eat it.” I would add If God & Mother Nature didn’t make it, don’t eat it?

If you could do just that one thing for a year, your health would be so much better.

And lift weights infrequently?

When I look at this woman, makes me feel like a lazy fat slop…lol

Nothing can be more inspiring than a woman, grandmother in her 80’s that can do this? That is just out of this world amazing?

Yes, indeed. Ms. Shepherd is one of my role models for the ‘elderly years’ - she did what she did all-naturally and changed a world of perception. She’s a prime example of taking a longer road of healing as a ‘late bloomer’ swan… a sedentary office gal who decided at age 57 to start moving and then to get really really strong - entering her first bodybuilding competitions within 10 years of that!

Re cellular dysplasia/cancer, several years back the NYT reported on the natural remission rate for various types up to at least 20% - but geez, the huge realm of natural remission food-as-medicine and ditching sugar is largely underemphasized. Cancer diagnoses are generally psychologically crippling - like a hex - the opposite of what’s needed. Frankly, I believe that the so-called treatments are mostly a death sentence for the whole body, that the ‘treatments’ are robbing folks of dignity as well as adding more insult to a body under siege.

What’s extra amazing is how low-zero carb + nutrient density is taken to a whole other level once fasting is added, and furthermore when facilitated by mineralization enhancement & detox such as what living clays and zeolite do both by cellular regeneration and halting metastasis (from what I’ve read).
