Downsizing on sweetners

This is my preferred brand of powdered Stevia. It dissolves better than KAL.

I break the spoons occasionally, and called NOW Brands just yesterday to see if they could send me some. (said yes…) But while I was on hold, the recording was hawking their new liquid Monkfruit sweetener. I haven’t looked it up yet, but they touted it as 200 times sweeter than sugar and it interests me, along the same lines of this thread: downsizing. Not sure about the liquid though, I had some liquid Stevia become unusable before it was empty… decades ago.

I haven’t tried any liquid Stevia since.
