I keep weight goals and project a desired weight loss amount per month until I reach my ideal weight. I only loosely call these goals, because I revise them constantly. I haven’t been meeting them, but I am just fine with that. I just revise the goals and KCKO. I didn’t lose any weight in the last month, though my goal says I will lose 6 pounds (and I probably will lose 4). However, my size 17-34/35 shirts looked terrible on me the other day. I tried my old 16.5-34/35 shirts last month, but they wouldn’t fit. They fit now. NSV!

Awesome!! I decided to stop making health or weight loss goals a while back. I always miss the goal and then think I’m not good enough or didn’t try hard enough. Screw that, life is hard enough as it is - I don’t need to add extra stress on myself over something I only have partial contol over. Congratulations on your achievement!
