Double bone broth save

i used too much water in a batch of bone broth (was bland and didn’t gel when cold) so i picked up some oxtail (not thinking about what it actually is, not thinking about what it actually is…at least no part was wasted, at least no part was wasted lol) and used the bland watery bone broth as the liquid for this batch.

i do think i’m quite clever :slight_smile:

I know it sounds gross, but I love oxtail! And it makes the best bone broth - super gelatinous!
