What were your symptoms? Has this helped?
Does this sound like a thyroid problem?
What did he say about that? I usually take my vitamin D in the morning, and my vitamin k when I eat (later).
I hope they give you some insight. I take a vit D3 with K2 after watching this.
I had crazzzy dry skin (mostly over parts of my face and scalp…which I had never had before in my life), skin wasn’t healing, hair falling out, DEAD tired (which I thought at the beginning was my dietary choices, now I know is directly related for me to those levels), increased insulin resistance, NERVE issues - because my level was so low for so long, it is likely permanent for me, but when I don’t take the Vit D, it becomes really pronounced (along with eye twitches lol and muscle spasms). I do believe that my deficiency is related to my MTHFR gene issues as my mom had the same issue only to the extent that it caused her hip bones to twist (this was the only reason I thought to ask my doc to check my levels, he said it was the lowest level he had ever seen in all his years in practice).
It definitely helped, it was immensely noticeable when I first started the Vitamin D, but I should mention I was on a mega dose by prescription at first.
Oh thank God Clare. Sounds like you’re in good hands. I’m so glad you’re getting better. I agree with @Jennibc, my Vitamin D was low on my labs so the doctor told me to take 5000iu 3 x weekly. Low Vitamin D makes you tired and can explain other symptoms. You should check online. It’s an important Vitamin. So very glad you’re okay. At least no kidney disease!
What one do you get? I like the idea of taking the D3 with olive oil…Ive always been reluctant about a lot of these vitamins because of the ‘extra’ stuff they have in them!
Oh wow! I Guess dry skin and fatigue can be attributed to lots of things! How do you feel now?
Thank you @Ely no kidney disease…what a relief!
I’d still like to know where my memory went though! It’s like it upped and left one day and hasn’t come back?!
I’m so sorry but I couldn’t load the details without going into my account! So did a screenshot!
I’m such a technophobe!

Hey Clare great news!
What is the doc suggesting though regarding the symptoms?
Yes that definitely sounds like classic migraine symptoms. Would recommend book The Migraine Miracle. Super-cheesy title but the author is a neurologist who’s suffered migraines personally and with all the women in his family.
