Does no one else on Keto have nut allergies?

I have almond flour in my cupboards right now. Ultra fine and ready to make some awesome food. Only problem is my younger sister and I were both diagnosed as being allergic to nuts as children and have gone through life like that. We’ve never tested for almonds and almond flour specifically. I don’t really care for nuts overall and most recipes centering on nuts and the like never really look super appetizing to me but I really want to make use of almond flour to get the most (or least carbs) out of my food. Does anyone else with a similar background have any experience using almond flour or are my sister and I unique in our dilemma?

I am not personally allergic to nuts, but I do teach cooking to children, and have had several students with multiple allergies who are not allergic to almonds. It seems to be the least allergenic of the nuts. that said, please get tested before trying. If you don’t like nuts, than don’t eat them! I didn’t eat any nuts during the first couple keto months, because there are a few carbs in them. There are plenty of other low-carb foods.
