Dissociated eating?

I have incorporated a few more plant based foods in my keto diet more peanuts (but must be very careful with the quantity )
My favorite is peanuts, but I eat them right after my meat. Will this combination impede my absorption and digestion of the meat ?
What about dissociated eating in general ? I mean now I know some plants can prevent nutrient absorption. The I guess the best thing to do is not eat meat and plants together at the same meal. But have meat only meal and plant only meal.
Any thoughts and experiences

Sigh. I love peanuts, but they are like crack to me. I strictly limit my peanut intake to no more than a teaspoon a week (all natural PB) and when I want peanuts, I’ll sub macadamias or walnuts, but, again, in limited quantities.
