I’m sorry if everyone in the world has already seen this but it cracks me up every time I look at it. It’s weight watchers recipe cards from 1974, with a side of ultra snarky comments.

These recipes are wild. A lot of the odd ingredients were definitely in keeping with dieting at the time though.
