First post. I started keto on Saturday. Carbs under 20, fats high, protein moderate.
Test strip showed purple on day 5. I feel AMAZING (when I have salt). I was expecting glycogen depletion to take longer than 5 days.
Maybe < 20 carbs and decent daily workouts got me there faster?
Is 5 days quick for a strip to show moderate ketone?
