Hmm… their High Protein group is still eating 40% in carbs. I wonder what type of carbs they ate.
still ti shows even a reduction of carbs way above what we would have helps …
in fact it is pretty simple really, less carbs = less sugar = less problems with T2D
Just goes to show even a reduction of 15% in carbs from the normal 55% has a positive effect. Imagine the results if they reduced carbs down to 30%
