Depression and keto?

I thought once I was fat adapted that I would feel amazing but the last week or so i am seriously bummed out. I think its because I havent lost any weight, or any inches. Maybe the fact that the keto way of living has really brought to light how damaged my metabolism is?..I dont want to go to the gym at all. Just feeling like Im gonna have this belly forever. The rest of me looks pretty good actually, nice muscle tone in my legs, my triceps and biceps are starting to show the slightest hint of definition but my stomach is so yucky, I wanna hurl. Somebody tell me that this too shall pass and that 6 weeks in is a drop in the bucket…

No, we are not going to have this belly forever. I am at week 14, and the love handles are shrinking. My belly is still there, but flatter, and my waist is getting definition. It’s not a fast process, but it does happen. My arms, legs and butt went first, by the way. Seems to happen that way for many folks.

Also try to count the other blessings. I am stuck as well. But I feel better. And I have lost size everywhere but my man gut. I jut know my blood work will be better. I will live longer and this belly will pass. You will lose weight. Everyone is different and there are stalls. We are with you.
