What brand/model is this fryer? Do you still like it? Do you use lard or oil and where do you get it? Thanks

I bought it from Kmart - and needed about 4kgs (nearly 9lbs) of lard / tallow to melt. I bought a mix of lard from the supermarket. Some of it was premium lard, and some blocks were just a blend (so hard to tell if happy grass fed cows donate their delicious fat!)
