Decent article on how insulin sensitivity may play a role in not losing those last few pounds
Very good although I think he confused Insulin Sensitivity with Insulin Resistance a few times.
So he’s saying as we get leaner we are more IS and have to lower our carbs more but also make sure to get enough energy?

…which is simply an estimate of muscle mass and therefore body composition. It has nothing to do with the rate at which a person can access their body fat. In fact, attempting to run even one marathon on existing bodyfat at 3% alone would be a recipe for disaster.
