4 day ZornFast completed, and for that entire time I have had 2 wagyu ribeyes on a rack in the fridge air drying and fridge aging.

Tonight Imma break my fast with one of these.

Looks amazing.

When I was slicing beef for Pho last night I had the irresistible urge to eat a piece raw, so I did. If I may suggest…cut off a little nibble before you cook it.

I quickly saw the photo and thought, yum, ready to eat! I like good beef quickly passed over a flame. Love raw meat if it’s from a trusted source.
