I found a great website: flipp.com. You just register and put in your zip code. Then when you search for an item - like avocados, it compares all the ads in your area and brings up the ones where the avocados are on sale. Iā€™m loving it! Found a couple of stores I hadnā€™t shopped at before with some great deals.

This week in Salt Lake City, Philadelphia cream cheese is 2/ $3 and large eggs are 99 cents for 18 count at Smithā€™s Marketplace.

Smithā€™s Food & Drug has Braggā€™s ACV, 32 oz, for $3.75 (regular $5.99/bottle). Donā€™t know how long the sale is.

SafeWay in California has Pork Loin Chops for 99 cents a pound and Lucerne Cheese 2 pounds for $4.99

Both can be frozen for 6 months and retain quality :smiley:

The Sprouts ad (in my area, Austin, TX - YMMV) starting tomorrow, 5/3/18, has pork shoulder for $.99/lb & Walden Farms condiments are 2/$5. Tomorrow is also the last day to get St Louis style ribs for $1.99/lb.

This past week one of the local markets had some of the 99cent pork shoulder on special. I got some this morning, came home and cooked it for 2-3 hours on the stovetopā€¦ it was absolutely succulent. Very fatty as sale meats often are. Big yum! :heart_eyes_cat:

The avos in the groceries have been getting better lately as the oil content increases as the season rolls on. Not quite to ā€˜primoā€™ yet however.
