I’d try cutting it out. Also, have you considered intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast?

Thanks, Brian, I googled the term and it didn’t tell me so I am glad you did! I hate coffee and it gives me bad headaches. I prefer plain or herbal tea or with a shot of the no carb/no sweetener vanilla flavoured almond milk I get Costco. Thanks.

I haven’t tried the fasting without having the coffee in the morning. The only time I came close to fasting was coffee in the morning around 6am then dinner around 5pm. This went on for a week along with lots of physical work and I gained weight. (Water) This week I’m eating a little more, less active and have been able to take off the 5 pounds I gained. So I’m not sure if my body is ready for fasting, I need to try it longer than a week and stop the coffee or ??
The biggest take away from this so far though is getting the BPC out of my diet. Thanks!

The only other thing I’d add is something I learned from Gary Taubes. Weight loss is not as simple as doing spreadsheet math between what a Fitbit says for calories burned (wildly inaccurate measurement device for calories) minus daily calories = net deficit, times 7 days a week = how much weight I should have lost. It’s way more complex (hormonal, stress, inflammation etc.) than that, so I’d offer that as a suggestion to not be frustrated. I used to fall into the trap of "if I just have a 500 calorie deficit each day, I’ll lose a pound a week.) Once I let go of that mentality and focused on reading/following my hunger/satiety signals, I was a lot less stressed about it all.

Your food looks good and your macros look great. The main tweak you want to make at this point is to bring your fat down a little when you are less hungry. Let your body eat its own fat when it’s content to do so. Also, remember that fleeting moments of hunger don’t need to be met every time. You can let those come and go, but when the hunger becomes insistent then sit down and eat a full meal. Jason Fung says we should either be hungry enough for a big meal or not eating. I find this philosophy has served me remarkably well.

I think dropping the BPC will really go far towards reducing your exogenous fat intake.

And thank you @Momof5 for the extremely kind words.
