There are a number of good podcasts on what to do while fasting. It all depends on your goals I don’t think it matters if it breaks the fast or not it isn’t a competition. If you feel bad stop tomorrow is another day.

It sounds like electolites to me also. I remember on the fasting lane podcast Megan Ramos recommending a magnesium bath to the person to help their mood
