It’s normal. Just remember to keep up your electrolytes and try to keep your blood sugar stable.
Hang in there Jane. Your hormones are trying to learn how to cope with life without sugar and starch. It will get better.
That’s how I know I’m doing it right. KCKO. As others have said, keep yourself prepared with electrolytes and also plenty of keto foods to grab in moments of irritable hunger and lack of energy to prepare meals. This too shall pass.
Also, if you do have a cat (or any critter), pet the cat. I’m convinced they have special powers that suck away our negative energy and poof it into oblivion. @Alecmcq
