So I’ve been doing two meals a day for the last two weeks. Today, though while slightly peckish, I’ve decided to skip lunch and wait till later for one meal. I’m still waiting for some weight loss, though I don’t expect much. I’ve only got about ten pounds I want to get rid of, and I’m 53 yo. I know things are going to move slowly. I’m looking forward to the mental clarity, steady energy, and lack of cravings. Oddly, the cravings haven’t been too bad.
Day 17 and my first OMAD
I’m 52 and got down to my current weight of 106 lbs with OMAD. It did take time though, especially for the last 5 pounds or so.
OMAD is great for saving on grocery money, not to mention the time spent cooking and cleaning up. If you can do OMAD a few times a week without serious hunger issues, I do believe you are making progress Rachel.
It’s 4:53 PM Eastern standard time and all I’ve had today besides my morning coffee, with one slice of bacon and a couple of minutes that is it I am hungry and I’m going to cook a steak
Glad to hear your cravings have been at the very least tolerable. I wouldnt get too discouraged because although the weight is taking it’s time, you are reaping the positive health benefits from this system. Make sure to measure yourself, not just rely on the scale, especially with such a small amount of weight until you reach your goal. BEST OF LUCK!!
