Hi everyone! Super new to this! I’ve been doing keto for about three months now and it has gone great! But, I was curious as to if anybody saw a drastic weight loss difference or felt better overall from cutting out dairy? It’s such an awesome tool for reaching fat macros but I’ve read here and there that cutting it out makes for a better journey! I know every body is different but I’d love to hear some of y’all’s opinions! Thanks so much!

It really depends on the person, and all you can do is experiment yourself. Try cutting it out for a month and see what happens after adding it back in. I personally found no difference, although currently I am cutting it out in a effort to get more creative in my cooking with more nutrient dense foods.

Lots of dairy sensitivities in our family. I’ve never noticed it bothers me, though. I have heard, anecdotal, that after you cut it out that’s it’s hard to reintroduce. Theory goes that you lose the enzymes needed to digest. Again, no science here.
