I’m on a 24 hour fast and I am going to break my fast and eliminate all dairy for 30 days. I’ve been struggling with constipation and a scale that doesn’t budge.
I’ve lost 20 lbs in 2.5 months and have been doing everything right to a T. And do IF daily for 16 hours. My weight loss has been fluctuating from 194-196 for about 3-4 weeks. I’m in my third month of keto mind you.
I don’t know what to change at this point to see results. Could being sedentary be the problem and could I need to spike my metabolism and track my food so I’m not underrating which I do often unintentionally?
Or could dairy be the culprit that is causing me to only go to the bathroom 2-3 times a week and making my weight loss slooooow like grandma Ethel
My question is have any of you cut out dairy and seen quicker results??? And if so, please provide some cool meal ideas or fun ways since dairy is so yummy
