Going to eat a large dinner and start tracking my fats. I donāt eat enough ever I think thatās my problem maybe starvation mode. Iām kinda the never is hungry letās drink coffee type and I know thatās bad!
Will try and eliminate the cheese and watch other dairy portions and up the fats and let you know what happens! Along with a little exercise
