A few years ago it drove me crazy. Because of diet massive amounts of cardio helped me keep my weight down till I stopped it and allowed other life stresses to consume me. I am ramping my training back up. However, I’ve dropped my resting heart arte and a considerable amount of weight with minimal exercise. Maybe a 2-3hrs moderate cardio a week. I have mostly recovered from an infury and expect that time investment to rise much more. However, this is due to a love of cycling (and running hopefully) than for weight management.
