Cucumber salad?

One of my absolute favorite sides to a meal in the summer. The cucumbers are paper thin. Same with onions, peppers, etc.

So my question is this: Are these doable on Keto? Ingredients are cucumbers, red peppers, onions, vinegar and sugar. My grandmother made them so I have no idea how much sugar she used

Don’t add sugar - use a substitute if it needs to be sweet.

I made a salad like this and added Feta cheese, and nothing sweet. Was really good!

There was just a post (like in the last day or two) of someone’s Keto version.

Maybe check the “what did you Keto today” thread. It may have been there.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve made them with Stevia in the past and they’re pretty good. But there’s just something better about the veggies that come straight from the ground to your table.

So far I’ve withstood the temptations of White Castle, Krispy Kreme and the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Seems to be working though. First time I’ve seen under 180 on a scale in years
