It is interesting the concern about toxins in plants. If this is a big concern to you, be aware that if you are eating conventional stockyard meat, that you are also ingesting hormones, antibiotics, herbicides, pesticides, etc… And be aware that feeding cows grains is toxic to them and gives them ulcers. It is a race to get them to harvest before the ulcers kill them, so you are eating sick animals as well. Humans are omnivores, not carrion eaters.

If these are a concern to you, you should stick with grass fed and organic in both your meat and your vegi’s.
