Someone posted this as a comment on FB recently, I don’t remember who it was. This is a godsend! I have been struggling to get over coffee. I don’t think it’s about the caffeine as much as about making and drinking a hot beverage. This drink is ground cocoa beans, which somehow has hardly any caffeine. It is not sweet, but it tastes like strong dark cocoa and drinks like coffee. I want to be off coffee, and eventually off of this. But for now this is how I can wean off of coffee. While pursuing ZC, this is my only plant source besides occasional lemon juice. :sunglasses:

Next time I’ll probably get a dark roast, because the light roast is a bit weaker than I expected.

What’s the problem with coffee? One of the few foods that’s pretty unequivocally healthful.

I’m cutting back from my two cups to one, and I just found this at the store, it is a great sub, especially when I want something in the afternoon!

Oh, no, it doesn’t. I got them to send me a free sample box of every flavor a few years ago. Each one tasted like someone swished watered down chocolate milk in their mouth and then spit it into my cup.

Stickin’ to my personalized caf/decaf coffee blend with extra heavy whipping cream.

It gives me headaches. :disappointed:

Those with adrenal issues often have a different experience. Some people get a buzz from amusement park rides and others puke their guts out, like that.

Gotcha. Did not know that.
