We had zoodles with shrimp and alfredo sauce for dinner. Frozen shrimp - man I do I miss living on the Gulf Coast where I could buy shrimp right off the boats! I think I’ll try your alfredo sauce recipe - My husband does the cooking and he usually uses the stuff in a jar and then doses it up a lot.
I broke down and sprang for a zoodler attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer - I love it!!! Makes zoodles so quickly and easy to clean up.
