Cracker Chips made of CHEESE

Any cheese, very sparsely sprinkled in the bottom of a nonstick muffin pan.
Oven preheated to 400*.
4 minutes.
Cool somewhat before removing.
Parmesan is the best, especially sprinkled with curry powder!

Fill the pan SPARSELY. This is KEY.

Look how toasty! Especially the cheddar!

Try spices. I tried smoked paprika, Ancho chili powder, and curry powder…

These were basically my dinner tonight. So yummy hot!

Make these all the time. Parmasan is the best. I add a little flax seed (ground) mixed in and some dill, so when dipped in sour cream it’s like the potato chips. Margerim and basil is great for salsa.

I managed to save some cheese chips overnight! Remember me asking you how to store them? You basically laughed cuz you never have any leftovers. I stored some in a sealed plastic container, and some I left on a plate uncovered. Neither in the refrigerator.

The crisps in the container were only slightly less crispy. The uncovered crisps could bend this morning. Lol
