Very true. I think I just avoid them because of the “above the ground” rule. Also, if I gave this blend to someone (my husband) he would only eat the carrots, lol.

Every diet says to avoid carrots, as though they were your biggest problem, ha ha ha ha
In my former life I stayed away from veggies because I was told if you put butter/fat/cheese/ranch/sour cream/bacon/salt it made them unhealthy and you will get fat
With IF/EF Keto WOE it’s the opposite you can load them up and lose body fat/inches and gain muscle
Other Veggies I Like are Italian and Asian mix ( I like to make a super mix using all three )
If you eat a veggie mix and keep it to 5 or 6 cups its hard to go over 20 net carbs even loaded
Every one should experiment to see what works for them but to not try out of fear serves no purpose
