Hey everyone! One of the best ways I have ended the year strong (rather than falling off track) is participating in this online fitness challenge called “Holiday Streakers”. Check it out! It has helped me a lot the last 4 winter holiday seasons. It is pretty easy, but you can make it as challenging as you want. Basically, you commit to at least 15 minutes of daily intentional exercise starting Thanksgiving Day and going through New Year’s Day! I really like the T Shirt they have this year for it too. Also, the logging site we get access to helps us journal our activities, etc. It’s a pretty cool way to help ourselves while helping others (proceeds go to help families facing tough circumstances). Just thought I would share! KETO ON! - Dave

You’ll have to forgive me. I’m from the 1970’s and I was wondering why anyone would wear a T-shirt while streaking . . .

I’m in Winnipeg, Canada, streaking in the winter will usually keep you cooler than you want to be

Hilarious responses! Just to clarify…we actually keep our clothes on while doing this 5+ week exercise challenge. I realize that might take a lot of the fun out for some, but it’s a pretty cool challenge nevertheless!

Born in the 80s and had the same thought…
